Our Sea Vista is a well-equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. In the west meadows, on the golf course with expansive ocean views from the deck, backyard and almost every room. In front is a fenced in brick courtyard with beautiful flowers, an herb garden and hot tub. Enjoy the open living room/ dining room/ kitchen with wood beam ceilings and a cozy fireplace. WiFi, a 65” Smart TV, a CD player and Bluetooth speaker system, books and games are provided for your entertainment. A short walk to trails with redwood forests, hedgerows, ocean bluffs and the Del Mar Recreation Center. A half mile to the bluff, 1.5 miles to sandy beaches. Just 2.7 miles to Gualala with grocery stores, restaurants, art galleries and more.
